At ch-aviation, we continuously keep track of aircraft deliveries from the largest aircraft manufacturers: Airbus, Boeing, ATR, Bombardier, COMAC, De Havilland, Embraer, and Irkut.
With 66 aircraft delivered, this month brought a 34% drop in worldwide aircraft deliveries following a brief increase in September. We notice that the October delivery numbers are their lowest since March 2021. It’s interesting to see that we also witness a 41% drop compared to October 2020.
Airbus has delivered 37 aircraft in October 2021, which represents a slight 12% decline compared to the previous month and the lowest figure since March 2021. If we compare this to October 2020, we can notice a 50% decrease in Airbus aircraft deliveries.
