We are currently experiencing issues with the delivery of the ch-aviation newsletter.
To ensure you continue receiving it without interruption, please whitelist newsletter@ch-aviation.com on your email server.
Here’s a quick guide on how to whitelist the email address directly on your email server:
For Microsoft Exchange (Office 365 / Exchange Online):
- Log in to the Defender Admin Center.
- Go to the “Email & Collaboration” section and select “Policies & Rules”.
- Select the Threat policies. On the next screen, go to Anti-spam > Anti-spam inbound policy (scroll to the bottom) > Edit allowed and blocked senders and domains > Allow domains.
- Add “ch-aviation.com” domain under “Allow domains”.
- Save the changes.
For Google Workspace (Gmail):
- Log in to the Google Admin Console.
- Navigate to “Apps” > “Google Workspace” > “Gmail” > “Spam, Phishing, and Malware.”
- Navigate to “Spam“>“Configure“> turn on “Bypass spam filters for messages from senders or domains in selected lists“
- On the same Window, select “Create or edit list“> “Add address list“> enter a name for a list and add the address you wish to whitelist under “Add address“ and “Save“
- Go back to “Spam“>“Configure“> “ Bypass spam filters for messages from senders or domains in selected lists“, and select “Use existing list“, and select the list you just created
For free Google email accounts (accounts that end with @gmail.com):
-
- Log in to your Gmail account and select the „gear“ icon (upper right menu)> “See all settings“
- Navigate to “Filters and Blocked Addresses” in the top menu> Select “Create a new filter.”
- Add a specific email or a whole domain in the “From” field> Select “Create filter“
- Check “Never send it to Spam” in the checkbox“>“Create filter“
